My goal is to help as many people and first responders get fitter, faster and stronger no matter what your background or ability level is. Though Sam and I built this training for anyone it is also for firefighters and being able to bring as much of the Calvary to the battlefield/fireground as possible. Training the FFA way will prepare you for the widest range of possible demands of both the expected and unforeseen, we build urban athletes that can handle anything.

My training emphasis is a combination of sport specific strength and conditioning, and powerlifting aimed at producing USEABLE strength. If it makes you stronger, more fit, and healthy; I’m all for it! A true fan of the sweet science of boxing. I train people to be the strongest versions of themselves, no matter their sport, profession, or experience level.
